project highlight:
Sage & Lavender is an LGBTQ oral history video series I created. It features guided, cross-generational conversations between LGBTQ folks in an effort to provide a collection of memories for hosts to share with their family and friends so their memories can live on past their lifetime. It is an ongoing project with videography support from Paris Brown Films (www.parisbrownfilms.com).
(fig. a.) This is a promo video used to illustrate the project to potential grant organizations for future funding of the project.
(fig. b.) I created a digital brochure for invited hosts that described the background, how interviews would be handled, and intended outcomes of the project.
(fig. c.) These are sample cards used during filming to serve as guided conversation prompts.
